You should not trust this company to do anything they say they will do. They solicit owners of timeshare properties and promise to buy the timeshare from you after you send them a fee for a deed search (which they promise to refund to you) and closing costs. They provide a signed contract stating they will pay you within 15 days but they will probably never pay you, so don't trust them to do so. Once they don't send you the check they promised, they will then avoid all your phone calls or never return any messages. This company should not be in business and I hope the State of Florida will close them down soon.
