National Appliance Network SUCKS in business and the professionally. They don't return your calls or they change the phone number. I had to contact Samsung to get their new number. With performing appliance repair with Samsung one would think they would be a little more respectful in the way in which their technicians treat the consumers. I have been dealing with them since June of 2009, here it is almost Christmas and they still have not fixed a vibration noise in my washing machine. Six visits later and numerous phone calls to Samsung and my washer is still not fixed. Is there anyone at National Appliance knowledgeable or are they all just looking for a paycheck at the end of the month by telling the consumer that they will have to live with the vibration noise? I would not recommend National Appliance Network to anyone on this earth because they DO NOT KNOW HOW TO RUN A BUSINESS. Frustrated in Zebulon, NC Kathy
