I had just received a call from this company offering their services for receiving a refund from a scam timeshare company(Creative Vacation Solutions). The woman, Jen, seemed to know all about my situation with CVS by asking specific questions that only a person with inside info would know. She immediately sent me a contract to my email and asked for my credit card info. They needed the CC so when they got me my refund they could charge my CC 50% of the return. I called my CC company and they told me that this company was not legitimate and not to give them my info (which I wasn't going to anyway). This call came days after I called the police to report a theft from another timeshare company called International Resort Solutions, who I believe got my info from CVS to commit this theft. IRS coincidentally is located in Lake Worth, FL which is the same city as this company. Stay away from these companies. Refer to Florida State Statute 501.601
