I was creating a butterfly garden this Spring. I ordered Lady Bugs from this business on 04/29/2010, after finding them on the internet. By July I still had not received my order. After many contacts with the business,to no avail,I had not received the order or a refund from the business that was promised. I filed with the BBB in August. In September the business promised a full refund. However, it is now December and I have not yet received the refund. The business is very unprofessional in their business dealings as well as their correspondence. I would give the business a 1/2 star if I could. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH GROWQUEST!
