I contacted this company in August about a rose. They said to send the check in the late winter for shipment in early spring. Which i did. March 25th, 2011. And nothing has been delivered. This company will not answer my email inquiries, nor will they answer the phone. The check was cashed ten days after it was mailed, on April 5th, 2011. It is now May. The recipient of the rose has not received it. More detailed information is available, if needed. To improve their business, delivery of the product and prompt answers to inquiries might be helpful.
