My husband is disabled due to a spinal cord injury 10 years ago. He is now recovering from a stroke and pneumonia. We have been trying to sell our timeshares which we used to use to go cruising every year on. This organization called and said they were taking over a previous organization who were going bankrupt. This was one we had used and heard nothing from.
My husband was ill at the time they called and my resistance and emotional and mental faculties were very low. They coerced me into signing with them since they had a buyer and time was of the essence. Against my husband's better judgement, he gave in to me and I gave them my credit card number. THEN, I looked them up on BBB and found negative comments.
I have the contract and have not signed nor sent it back but CVS has already charged our credit card.
Does anyone have any advice on how to get this purchase off my card? Since I am not signing or returning the contract, should there be any problems?
