Twice in a row I scheduled a 6-month tune-up with Aztil, and twice they failed to show. No calls, no confirmation. I question their commitment to "reliable service," as their web-site claims. When I called to ask for the service manager or the general manager, I got the usual "they are not available" response. I regret having purchased my A/C unit from Aztil, for I fear that their commitment to service is a sham.
