This company cannot be trusted. They sent out 4 different men to fix my dryer over a six week period. I paid $282.00 for the work. After 6 weeks, it was decided that so many people had been out and no one knew what had been done so no one knew what was wrong. They wanted me to pay $335.00 more for more parts. I have that offer on tape. When I protested,I was told they would refund the $282 but they wanted the parts that had been put in. They got their parts and 2 weeks later, they only credited me $150. I have 3 more paid years on this contract but I can't get out. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY!!! I have signed papers from each visit to my condo.
