We purchased an appliance contract w/them a number of times and paid over $600.00 each time for the contract for them to service our units which they did for over 6 years. Every time one of their techs came to service the unit they constantly tried to upsell us w/mole bulbs that were very very expensive. Thank goodness we never went w/those purchases. We did have them clean our air ducts but it was always a song and a dance every time someone came. We had the units serviced frequently and the upstairs unit leaked and ruined our downstairs ceiling. They came and said the unit couldn't be repaired and tried to sell us a new system. Well we no longer trusted them and got a second opinion. The unit WAS repaired for less then $200.00 and has been working just great for over a year now. I would like to mention that 2 different techs came here and both gave the same diagnosis. I wanted to wait a decent amount of time before I went on the web to expose these people and be absolutely sure the unit was corrected. Our systems were brand new when we purchased the house, good units and were less then 9 years old at the time. Stay away from these people they are dishonest. I would give them no stars for dishonesty but that wasn't a choice!
