The ac's handler in the attic was making an odd thumping sound. The air was perfectly cool, but the sound scared me so I turned the unit off. Aztil installed the unit, so we called them. They showed up for the 115.00 $ service call, telling us that we need a motor and a blower. The parts were under warranty and he would be back in the morning to replace parts. He called around 9 informing us that it was going to cost over 600.00$ and were being shipped in from Texas ( a freight cost of 200.00$) We got a second opinion. and the problem would be fixed within an hour for 150.00$. When we canceled with Aztil, he cut his price in half and suddenly the parts would be in by today instead of tomorrow. We were prepared to sign in for a 2 year service agreement for 400$, but this type of dishonesty has no place in my home. We have 4 children, live in a small 3, 2, 1 home and run our own business. We are by no means in a place to hand over 115$ one day and 6+ the next. It breaks my heart that companies like this even exist. The AC problem WAS fixed rather easily, in under an hour. The "squirrel cage" needed replacing. wow
