Based on the way they describe their services on their website: "We are a funding group that can report credit history using our own accounts with the credit bureaus....The approach is simple and straight forward. We control six companies that can report credit history to the bureaus. Once reported, these trade lines enhance your current qualified credit report and funding is achieved." They are using a security gap in the system to falsely inform financial rating agencies of the credit history of their clients. In other words, they are paid by their clients (commissions or fees) to falsely report credit histories through companies that appear legitimate so their clients can get credit from lenders that use the rating agency services.
