I just closed on my loan modification with Forsta Mediation. It took over 2 months to close. I guess that they had made some changes to the government plan in turn it caused me to have to wait a little longer for closure. I was extremely stressed out and I contacted the Attorney Generals office and spoke to a woman by the name of Michelle. She researched the company and indicated that they have no complaints and
have been in business locally in AZ for 5 years. I finally closed on my loan mod and it feals great,Forsta did everything that they said that they would. I advise you to be patient and understand that they are doing everything that they can to close on your modification and stay within compliance with the law. I hope that this helps you

This company has been in business for over 5 years and has no complaints filed with the BBB.I see nothing but positive reviews for this company. I also checked them out with the attorney generals office and they are not required to have a license, the company is in complete compliance. I would go ahead and pursue them and I would believe that it is ok to use them just be patient.

Visit the facebook community page for information on steps to take if Forsta mediation scammed you and steps to take to get your money back. Please share your experience with everyone as well. I made this site because I truly feel that this is a scam that Forsta Mediation is doing and I want to help others that were contacted and retained by this company. you can find helpful information like who to contact and how to go about getting your money back from them. I WOULD NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. UNLESS YOU HAVE $1000.00 TO THROW OUT THE DOOR... THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AND NEVER GET THE JOB DONE AND YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK NO MATTER WHAT THEY SAY... STARTED DEALING WITH FORSTA MEDIATION IN SEPT OF 2010 AND IT IS NOW MID OF APRIL 2011 AND NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE AND I HAVE TRIED CALLING AND EMAILING AND THEY DO NOT CONTACT YOU BACK. NEVER!!!!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY!
