Trying to get a better idea of American Residential Law Firm for deed in lieu process for our condo in Florida that is now worth 50% less than what we paid. We've maintained it for 5 years with much difficulty and now the condo association has special assessed the whole condo property. We contacted American Residential Law Firm for help but they want 2850 up front and they keep calling me trying to get me sign and send my checking account info before I've had time to even look at them and this process more closely. Has anyone gone through deed in lieu with these guys before?
