Melinda,

They have a good rating with the BBB even though they have a few complaints. I reviewed the complaints and of the three complaints, two were about disputed lease terms which closed resolved and one was regarding prolonged delays to an internet connection.
The one review is quite negative but it is also not detailed with specifics. I encourgage you to read the full BBB report.
